With 8+ years of experience in Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, I’m currently leading a Customer Success team at Braze as well as a Founding Contributor at CS Insider, your go-to platform for Customer Success resources.

 

Prior to this, I kicked off the Customer Success org at LinearB and was also at CleverTap where I helped scale our Customer Success presence globally.

Having lived in Canada, the United States, and India, I've been exposed to a variety of cultures and bring in a unique perspective. My passions include animal rights advocacy, health and well-being, Indic heritage, South Indian classical vocal music, reading, and writing.
